Alan, that was informative general information, but it didn't answer the question I was asking, or reflecting upon, or shed light on what Chris was pointing out, at least not to me.

And, unless I missed it you didn't even say when you yourself begin to time when reckoning where your peak falls. Do you begin to time at the beginning of the meal, or at the end of the meal?
